A business partner who knows how to keep a good thing going.

At Woodfields, we don’t aim to create value through opportunistic entries and exits. We invest in proven business models led by outstanding management teams with a long-term perspective and a builder’s mindset.

Approach

Bringing Growth into Focus

Woodfields is committed to keeping strong businesses thriving, for the long term. When founders or owners are ready to move on to the next chapter in their lives, we're here to carry the torch with the support of like-minded investors.

Unlike the traditional private equity model, exits are not our first priority. Our focus is on ensuring that successful businesses have a solid foundation for future growth. Our team and our investors understand the power of compounding and believe that a laser focus on long-term value creation will trump an opportunistic exit every time.

We focus on lower-middle market businesses within tried and true, essential industries like manufacturing, infrastructure, and logistics. Their products and services will never become obsolete, and their opportunities for growth will always remain open-ended.
